Shipping

Typically orders will ship from California within 2-3 days. Free ground rate shipping is available for shipments heading to the lower 48 states. There are expedited options for faster shipping which are available at checkout. See our map to get a general idea of the transit time to your destination. Sometimes carriers experience delays due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and we can not assume responsibility if a carrier is delayed.

Holiday Shipping

During the holidays we aim to ship out expedited orders within 24 business hours. To increase the likelihood of a timely shipment, we encourage you to place your order by December 14th.

International Shipping

Regions around the world have varying, restrictions customs rules and tariffs which can make international shipping a bit tricky to navigate, particularly given the organic nature of our products. We will do as much as we can to ensure that items get to you.

Cosmos Botanicals or Earth Tu Face is not responsible for covering the cost of any import tariffs.

The best source of information about your international shipment will be the carrier. Please note that in some instances international shipments are handled by the local carrier of the destination country and tracking the shipment may be beyond our purview once it has left the USA.


Returns / Replacements / Refunds

An item purchased directly from the Cosmos Botanicals website can be returned and refunded to the original purchaser within 30 days of purchase.

To request a return, please email cosmos@cosmosbotanicals.com with the subject title ‘Return request’ to see if your order qualifies for a return. Please include the order number in your email. The item must be in an unused and undamaged condition. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are open or used. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and the safe arrival of the item back to us, so we encourage you to use a tracked service.

A refund will be processed by the original payment method (excluding the shipping cost). If that is not possible, we may offer you store credit or a replacement.
Refunds are at the sole discretion of Cosmos Botanicals.

Items Damaged in Transit

If an item has arrived damaged in transit, please include photographs in your email. We expect that you will notify us within a week of arrival, so please let us know as soon as you become aware.

Events & Digital Products

Tickets for events, classes, and digital products are non-refundable.
